Service Terms and Conditions

Atlantic Outlook reserves the right to cancel the hike if there is any circumstance that is beyond their control.
Our tours are weather dependent which could result in a tour being cancelled for safety reasons. In the event the tour has to be cancelled, the following will happen:
Participants will be notified at least 1 hour before the hike is scheduled to begin (please ensure contact details on booking form are correct)
Participants will have the choice for either a full refund or priority booking on the next available hike
If the participant cannot make the scheduled booking time:
Any cancellation of a booking must be made in writing, and is not effective until such cancellation is received by Atlantic Outlook.
Bookings cancelled by participants prior to 24 hours notice will be refunded in full save for administration costs incurred.
Bookings cancelled by participants less than 24 hours notice are non refundable.

Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Atlantic Outlook Adventures is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, go to Atlantic Outlook Adventures every endeavor to rebook/reschedule the service. If that is not possible, it will be considered to refund the client as soon as possible.
